Hi Guys! If you are a scientist or an astronaut or a guy or gal having keen interest in knowing more about this endless Universe then please continue reading my blog here. I assure you will never regret reading this 🙂
It was hard to take photographs or click images of anything that devours light until April 10, 2019, when scientists have finally succeeded and managed to take the first ever picture of a black hole.

Here is what you all need to know about the first captured black hole image:
- The Event Horizon Telescope (EHT), an international consortium took a lead and carried out this major event in the history of physics
- They managed to link top eight radio observatories around the world to make a big telescope, which managed to click the first-ever image of a black hole.
- This black hole is about 55 million light years away from our Earth located in the galaxy called Messier 87.
- This Blackhole is really big and scientists said that it’s about the size of Neptune’s orbit. And Neptune planet takes complete 200 years to revolve around the sun.
- Eight radio observatories hold the one drives each. Presumably, this was just one cache as 64 HDDs could only hold 5PB if they were 80TB capacity, something drive makers have not achieved yet.
